Weekend Visitors

David and I very much enjoyed having my father and his wife travel from Waxhaw, NC to visit us this past weekend.  I would've thought that after 33 years of being a grandfather to (the previous) 8 grandchildren, the novelty of the title would have worn off.  But my dad seemed to be completely smitten with his 9th grandchild, Audra...

 ... and she seemed to be equally fascinated with him.
